CoachingThe part no other canvassing app does

Nobody is standing behind your rep at the door. Now something is.

A manager can ride along with one guy for one day. He cannot ride along with six guys for six hundred doors. So the coaching stops, the bad habits set, and by month three your rep is repeating the same broken opener four hundred times a week.

The loop

Four steps, and then it starts over.

01 02 03 04 RECORD THE DOOR SCORE IT ON YOUR PITCH SPAR THE WEAK PART PLAYBOOK REWRITES EVERY WEEK, WITH BETTER LINES THAN LAST WEEK

Record the door.

The rep taps record before he walks up. The app captures the conversation and transcribes it, then the knock saves with the disposition like it always would.

Recording is a setting and the rep can shut it off at any door. Recording laws vary by state — where all-party consent is required, he announces it, and the app puts that reminder on the screen before he taps.

Score it against your pitch.

This is the part that matters. The manager defines the pitch structure — your opening, your damage discovery, the way you handle “we already got a guy,” your close. The AI grades against that, section by section.

Not a generic sales rubric. If your company sells on the adjuster meeting rather than the free inspection, that is what gets graded. Change the structure and every conversation after it grades the new way.

It counts the filler words, marks the second the conversation turned, and writes out the exact line he should have used at that moment.

Spar the weak part.

Reps practice out loud against an AI homeowner that talks back, gets annoyed, and raises the objections they actually get. Scored the same way as a real door.

Your new hire burns forty fake doors before he touches a real street. He learns “my premium will go up” on a computer instead of learning it on a homeowner in a neighborhood you paid to get into.

Monday, the playbook rewrites itself.

Every Monday the AI reads the week’s best real conversations and rebuilds your objection rebuttals out of the lines that actually worked — credited to the rep who said them.

Your top closer’s move stops living in his head. It becomes the company line by Monday morning, with his name on it, and the whole crew runs it Tuesday.

MondayWhat the rewrite looks like

Your best line, promoted.

Nobody sits down and writes this. It shows up. The old rebuttal gets replaced by the one that closed doors last week, and the guy who said it gets the credit in front of the whole crew.

That credit is not decoration. It is the reason a top closer stops guarding his material, and the reason a new rep believes the line will work — he knows who it worked for.

Example
Objection · “We already got a guy”
  • “That’s fine, but it never hurts to get a second opinion on something this expensive.” Retired Monday · 9% appointment rate
  • “Good — then you already know it took damage. I’m not asking you to switch anybody. I’m asking whether his report listed the soft metals, because that’s what the adjuster pays on.” From Ray B. · 6 conversations last week
Two different screens

The rep and the manager see different things.

The rep sees The manager sees
Every door His own score, section by section, with the line he should have used. Every rep’s scores, and which section the whole crew is weakest on.
Over time A coaching page and a chart that goes up. Proof he is getting better. Who is improving, who has been flat for a month, and who to ride with tomorrow.
Practice Sparring rounds against an AI homeowner, scored like a real door. Whether the new hire practiced before you paid him to walk a street.
The pitch The current playbook, with the winning lines and who they came from. Full control of the pitch structure everything is graded against.
Every night His day, his numbers, his money made. A recap email with the day’s recordings attached.
Worth saying plainly

This is a beta, and coaching is the part we are still sharpening.

The scoring is only as good as the pitch structure you load into it. Give it two vague sentences and you will get vague coaching back. Give it the way your best guy actually works a door and it gets sharp fast.

Coaching is the piece that will sit in the premium tier when pricing lands. Right now it is free, and the trade is that you tell us where it is wrong.

Grade one day
of real doors.

Turn recording on for one crew tomorrow and read what comes back Friday. If it does not tell you something you did not know, it cost you nothing.
