The whole thing,
no salesman required.
This is what is in the app today, running on real crews. Nothing on this page is coming soon. If it is listed here, your reps can use it this afternoon.
Every door is real or it does not save.
200-foot GPS lock
A knock only records if the phone is within 200 feet of that house. The check runs on the server, not the phone, so it cannot be faked from a couch or a parked truck.
Six dispositions
Not Home, Do Not Knock, Come Back Later, Appointment Set, New Lead, Sold. One tap, then he is on to the next house.
Shared notes
Notes on a house are visible to the whole team. The next rep on that street knows the dog, who actually makes the decision, and what time to come back.
Photos on the knock
Roof, damage, the house itself. Attached to the address so the closer sees it before he drives out there.
Callback scheduling
“Come back after six” becomes a scheduled callback instead of a note nobody reads again.
Double-knock warnings
The app warns a rep before he walks up to a door somebody already hit recently, or one marked Do Not Knock. Nobody annoys the same homeowner twice.
Automatic time clock
First knock of the day clocks him in. Going idle clocks him out. No timesheets filled in from memory on Sunday night.
Works with gloves and glare
Big targets, hard edges, high contrast. Built to be read on a phone in the sun, one-handed, standing in a yard.
The difference between this and everything else.
Recorded and transcribed
The app captures the conversation at the door and writes it out. Recording is a setting the rep can turn off, and the app reminds him to announce it where the state requires it.
Scored against your pitch
The manager defines the structure — your opening, discovery, objection handling, close, or whatever model your company sells with. The AI grades section by section against that, not a generic rubric.
Named, specific feedback
Filler words counted. The exact second the conversation turned. The line he should have used at that moment, written out.
A coaching page per rep
His scores, his history, and progress charts over time. He can see himself getting better, which is most of why he stays.
Sparring
Reps practice out loud against an AI homeowner that talks back and raises real objections, scored the same way as a real door. New hires learn on fake doors instead of your streets.
The playbook rewrites itself
Every Monday the AI mines the week’s best real conversations and rebuilds your objection rebuttals out of the top closer’s actual winning lines, credited to him by name.
Stop guessing which street.
Five years of NOAA data
Hail and wind history drawn straight on the map. Not a rumor about what happened in April — the actual swath.
Hot zones by claim window
Ranked by where the insurance claim window is still open. Old hail on a roof nobody can file on is just a long walk.
Today’s Plan
The app scores the area and hands the crew ranked zones in the morning, weighing fresh hail against how hard each street has already been worked.
Retail mode
No recent storms and it flips over automatically, steering the crew to rested streets and fresh ground instead of the neighborhood everybody has hit a hundred times.
One-tap assignment
Manager picks a zone, picks a rep, done. He knows where he is going before he is in the truck.
Coverage you can see
How much of each area has actually been worked, drawn on the same map, so you stop sending guys back over ground that is already burned.
From the porch to the contract.
Instant appointment dispatch
The canvasser books it and keeps knocking. It lands on a closer immediately — a preset rep or whoever is physically nearest — with the homeowner’s name, phone, address and notes on it.
Storm Proof
From the porch, the rep sends the homeowner a branded page proving the hail history at that exact address. No login, no account, nothing for her to install. She just sees it.
Revenue tracking
Log whether the appointment sat, no-showed or signed, plus the contract amount. Every dollar traces back to a house and the rep who knocked it.
Mission Control
A live map built for the TV in the office. Crew dots moving in real time, every knock landing as it happens, today’s numbers ticking.
Leaderboard and profiles
Who is actually working, in a form your crew will argue about. Rep profiles with their own numbers behind it.
Rolling pay counter
Set a rate per rep — hourly, per knock, per appointment, per deal, or any mix — and the number moves on its own. A canvasser watches what he has made today go up while he is standing in a driveway, which is most of the reason he knocks two more streets instead of quitting at four o’clock.
Nightly recap email
The day’s numbers in your inbox with the recordings attached. Read it on the couch instead of chasing six guys for updates.
Money back to the door
Because the knock, the conversation, the appointment and the contract are on the same record, you can finally answer which street paid and which one wasted a Saturday.
You already have a system. Keep it.
Pushes into your CRM
Every appointment and every sale can push into JobNimbus, AccuLynx, Roofr, Leap or anything else, through a webhook or Zapier. DoorKnock owns the door. Your CRM keeps owning the job.
No app store, no download
It runs in the phone’s browser and installs to the home screen in two taps. iPhone and Android, same link. Text the link to a new hire and he is knocking.
Multi-company from day one
Every company gets its own join code and its data is completely walled off from every other company. Nobody else sees your streets, your notes, your pitch or your numbers.
Five-minute setup
Company name, your name, a PIN, and where the nightly report goes. Then you hand out the join code and the crew signs themselves in.
It is a beta, and we would rather say so.
Everything above is live and running on real crews right now. Pricing is not set yet — it is free while we are in beta, and paid tiers will be announced before anything changes.
The coaching is only as sharp as the pitch structure you load into it, and we are still tuning it. That is exactly the part we want you to argue with us about.
One restriction: no roofing companies based in Tennessee. Middle Tennessee is home, and it stays off the table during beta. Everywhere else in the US is open.
Set it up before
the next storm.
Five minutes, no card, no call. Text the join code to your crew and see what comes back tomorrow night.
